M. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"We'll call this regularly scheduled meet- <br />ing of the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />to order. The first item on the agenda is the <br />approval of the minutes of the Board meeting <br />on February 1st and 8th which have been for- <br />warded to you. Are there any additions or <br />corrections? If not, I'd entertain a motion <br />that they be approved as submitted." <br /> <br />MR. CORNELIUS: <br /> <br />"I so move." <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"So moved." <br /> <br />MR. WILLIAMS: <br /> <br />"I'll second." <br /> <br />MR. DROSKIN: <br /> <br />"Mr. Chairman, members of the Board, ladies <br />and gentlemen, we have submitted for the record <br />a summary of our activities for the past three <br />months as follows: <br /> <br />There are no new planning activities to <br />report on the Upper Republican Division and <br />the North Republican Division of the ~tissouri <br />River Basin Project. <br /> <br />On the st. Francis unit, Missouri River <br />Basin project, Bureau officials attended a <br />public meeting at st. Francis, Kansas, to <br />
