Currently the feasi~ility study is complete, carrying
contracts have been completed and a decree has b~en applied for. Water court activities
are now underway with a trial scheduled for early ~002. As such, we have not yet A
requested any funding and do not plan to do So until the decree is written. ..

The loan request that has been granted from the CWCB is for $1.7 million. It appears
now that the moving of the site from SedgwiC:k to ,Ovid and the higher yield that is
possible at the Ovid site will be a more expensiveiproject. Therefore, be advised that a
modification to our construction loan request ma~ be forthcoming.
i
,
Thank you for your continued assistance in the m~tter. We will keep you informed as
developments occur.

Respectfully yours,

~

Jack Odor
GASP Manager

.e
