Date <br /> <br />Stream <br /> <br />5-90CW302 <br /> <br />Fraser River <br /> <br />8.0 (5/15-9/15) <br />3.5 (9/16-5/14) <br /> <br />November 27, 1990 <br /> <br />The location of this stream segment through which the instream flow is claimed is from the <br />confluence of Jim Creek and extending to the confluence with Vasquez Creek, being a distance <br />of approximately 3.8 miles. <br /> <br />This application was opposed by the Middle Park WCD, Winter Park Recreation Association, the <br />City of Englewood and the City and County of Denver. <br /> <br />Instream Flow Aooropriation Adiustment as oer Rule 5.60 <br /> <br />As per Rule 5.60 of the ISF Rules and Regulations, staff is requesting the Board enter into a <br />stipulation with Denver Water which would identify the USGS Gage at Winter Park (ID# 09024000) <br />as the point of administration as to Denver Water, for the Fraser River instream flow reach requested <br />in Case No. 5-90CW302. No other changes are being requested. <br /> <br />This change in the application shall not be deemed a modification that is required to follow the <br />procedures in Section 10 of the Rules and Regulations. <br /> <br />590cw302 <br />
