<br />areas inundated by a 100-year flood (intermediate regional flood) . <br />as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in <br />said report; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, <br />Colorado, this 6th day of September, 1985, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as floodplain areas those areas described as <br />being inundated by a 100-year flood as described by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Town <br />of Hotchkiss, the Board of County Commissioners of Delta County, <br />and the Federal Emergency Management Agency <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the . <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 6th day of September, 1985, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br />J.
