Engineers to ccmplete publication of this re~
port. We ran cut of funds for this allocation
and are experiencing a delay until we can receive
additicnal allocation of funds tc ccmplete the
repcrt."

"r woula imagine it will probably be two
months. "

the Highway Department en the Mcunt Carbon
prcject? Is that all cleared away? It was
a relocation cf the highway, wasn't it?"

"A delay in the program cf improvements
to the highway. They have, cf course, delayed
constructicn in this area. They had started
with the mouth cf Turkey Creek and did part cf
their ccnstruction in the canyon cf Turkey Creek.
I imagine that at scme time this fall we will
have tc get together with them and see what
their schedules are with respect to our attempt
tcget an authcrization for this project in the
next sessicn cf Ccngress."

Presently they have been waiting for us to
