rehabilitation of the inlet and outlet canals. The proposed project is to rehabilitate inlet and outlet canals to the .
Jackson Gulch Reservoir and to replace its operational shops and headquarters. Design engineering is scheduled to
be complete in 2004 with construction to following in 2005. The District anticipates having the entire project
complete by 2014. The District has performed test sections with various lining materials to assist in determining
the final design package for the ditch rehabilitation. Project construction is anticipated to commence in the
summer of 2005.

23. Kenosha Trout Club - Lininger Lake Dam Rehabilitation and Water Purchase
Authorization: SB 01-157 Severance Tax County: Park
Water Source: Beaver Creek Project Yield: 156 acre-feet
Terms of Loan: $600,000 @5.50% for 30-years Project Type: Dam Rehabilitation

The Kenosha Trout Club is located 8 miles southwest of the Town of Grant, near Kenosha Pass. Lininger Lake,
which is used for fish, wildlife, and recreation purposes by subdivision residents, is supplied by a junior water right
that cannot be filled unless its consumptive use due to evaporation is replaced, The estimated average annual
divertible volume is 110 acre-feet, and the evaporative loss needing augmentation is 46 acre-feet. The Association
plans on purchasing senior water rights that are suitable for augmentation. Dam improvements include installing a
low-level outlet structure and raising the crest of the dam approximately 12-inches. Leonard Rice Consulting
Water Engineers completed the feasibility study. Water rights have been purchased. Dam improvements are
currently under design and scheduled for construction in 2005.

24. South Side Irrigation Company - Ditch Rehabilitation
Authorization: Construction Fund County: Larimer - Near - Loveland
Water Source: South Platte River Project Yield: 1,587 acre-feet
Terms of Loan: $72,000@3.1O% for 30 yrs. Project Type: Ditch Rehabilitation

.

This $80,000 project involves the rehabilitation of a number of hydraulic structures and various piping along the
South Side Ditch. The overall ditch is approximately II miles long and its headgate is located on the South Platte
River. The project has been designed by Landmark Engineering, Loveland, Colorado and is currently out to bid.
The Company originally desigrted a pipe alternative to control seepage, but have elected to go with a lining design,
given cost concerns. The project is under construction and is anticipated to be complete by May of 2005.

25. Dolores Water Conservancy District - Dove Creek Secondary Water Supply System
Authorization: Construction Fund County: Dolores
Water Source: San Juan/Dolores Project Yield: 300 acre-feet
Terms of Loan: $883,304@3.00% for 10-years Project Type: Dual Water System

Residents of the Town of Dove Creek currently use existing treated water supply for outside irrigation. DWCD
has been working with the Town, and the Town's Secondary Water Supply Committee, to provide a more cost
effective raw water supply for outside irrigation. Currently the cost of treated outside irrigation water for Town
residents is $2.40 to $3.00 per thousand gallons. Through a Franchise Agreement, DWCD will make available up
300 acre-feet of its municipal and industrial (M & n water to meet the needs of the Town, and will construct and
operate a secondary water delivery system. The system will include a new pumping plant to deliver up to 2 cfs, a 5
to 10 acre-foot terminal storage reservoir, 32,000 feet of delivery pipeline (10"-8660 feet, 8"-7480 feet, 6"- 16,480
feet) and 307 individual taps with water meters (% to I-inch capacity) for supplying up to 10 gallons per minute per
household. With the new systems outside irrigation can be provided at about $1.26 per 1000 gallons, including
annual operation and maintenance. The project will be paid for by tap fees, and a total of 307 taps are required to
generate enough revenue to fully repay the project cost. The project is being constructed in-kind by the Dolores
Water Conservancy District and is currently under construction. The project is anticipated to be complete by fall .
of2005.

26. Little Thompson/Central Weld Water Districts - Reservoir Construction
