Miller <br />Case No. 91CW201 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />(cl Sewage treatment will be by individual, <br />-, subsurface, non-evaporative type septic and <br />leach field disposal system or a sewer service <br />to the Breckenridge Sanitation District. It <br />is estimated that no more than ten percent <br />(lot) of the amount of water diverted will be <br />consumed, for an annual estimated consumption <br />of .195 acre-feet. <br /> <br />(d) If wastewater treatment is provided by <br />indi vidual septic systems, the return flows <br />from the development will be to the same <br />segment of the Blue River from which water is <br />diverted, above the Breckenridge Ski Area <br />gaging station at Highway 9 (as set forth in <br />the Upper Blue River MOU, Appendix C, Table 1, <br />Figure 1b). <br /> <br />(e) If wastewater treatment is provided through <br />the Breckenridge Sanitation District treatment . <br />plant, the return flows will be below the <br />gaging station at Highway 9. In that event, <br />applicant agrees to provide additional <br />replacement water to the Blue River upstream <br />of applicant's wells as follows. Applicant <br />has entered into an agreement with the Blue <br />River Water District whereby that district <br />will deliver fully augmented water to the Blue <br />River at a point near one of the following <br />water treatment facilities of the District: <br /> <br />(1) Blue River Well No. 3 (a/k/a "Warriors <br />Mark Well") located in the NW\ SW% section 6, <br />T7S, R77W, 6th P.M. at a point 1,900 feet <br />North of the South Section line and 1,170 feet <br />East of the West Section line. <br /> <br />(2) Blue River Well NO. 5 (a/k/a "Slope <br />Well") located in the SE% NW\. Section 26, <br />T6S, R78W, 6th P.M. at a point 1,500 feet <br />South of the North Section line and l,600 feet <br />East of the west Section line. <br /> <br />Such water will be delivered in the full <br />amount of the diversions then being made at <br />applicant's wells whenever thel:'e is a valid a <br />call in effect by the ewes's water right ,., <br />described in pal:'agraph 2 of this stipulation <br />
