Ken Salazar reviewed background information leading to the study and introduced Lee
Rozaklis of Hydrosphere, Inc. Rozaklis reviewed the purpose and general contents of the
report. Discussion followed by Salazar, Lochhead, Sheftel, and Martineau. Salazar
outlined options for what to do next Discussion continued by Harrison, Jackson, Eisel,
Salazar and Wright.

Chairman Martineau asked if it would be appropriate to go into executive session.
Jennifer Gimbel, AG staff. advised it was appropriate on the basis that there was ..
imminent litigation in these matters. Chairman Martineau asked for comments from the .
audience but there were none. A motion was made by Sheftel and seconded by Wright
to go into executive session. The motion passed unanimously (l0-0).

Call to Order (2:15 p.m.)

Chairman Martineau called the meeting back to order at 2:15 p.m. and there was a
quorum. Present were Salazar, Harrison, Smith, Jackson, Martineau, Sheftel, Eisel,
Wright, Meyring, Simpson, and Lile. Patricia Bangert represented Gale Norton, AG.
Lochhead and Olson were absent.

stats report from Wendy Weiss on the Ninemi1e-Highland v. Arkansas River Commission
