Annual expenditures will be presented for debt retirement payments for each category of <br />debt, for operation and maintenance costs, and for payments to reserve funds. <br />4. Potential financial impacts of the project on the Company's revenue sources will be addressed in the <br />study report. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Products: <br />I. A thorough understanding of the financial feasibility of the Company's ability to repay all the <br />reimbursable costs associated with the project. <br />2. A memorandum will be prepared describing the development of the financial program. <br /> <br />Task 6 - Study Report <br />Objective: <br />A study report is the formal documentation of the results and conclusions of all tasks performed for the study. <br /> <br />Methodology: <br />I. Incorporate the task memorandums into CWCB report format. The study will be prepared in <br />accordance with Appendix C of the Guidelines for Financial Assistance through the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board Construction Fund. <br /> <br />Products: . <br />I. The results of the alternative evaluation will be described and displayed in such a manner that the <br />differences between alternatives will be apparent. <br />2. The report will include a comparative evaluation which compares each alternative will all of the other <br />proposed alternatives. <br />3. The report will include conclusions and recommendations based upon the evaluation and comparison <br />of alternatives. The report will identitY a recommended alternative and will identitY the need for any <br />further investigations. <br /> <br />Task 7 - Coordination Meetings <br />Objective: <br />Close and continuous coordination with the project sponsors is required to assure that the project goals are <br />being achieved. Continuous coordination will be accomplished through discussions, monthly meetings and <br />project documentation. <br /> <br />Methodology: <br />1. Present monthly progress at the Company's monthly board meetings. <br />2. Distributing task memorandums to project sponsors. <br /> <br />Products: <br />1.
