HOUSE BILL 00-1223 <br /> <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br /> <br />BY REPRESENTATIVES Smith, Beny, Coleman, Johnson, Kaufman, <br />Keller, Kester, Larson, Morrison, and Webster; <br />also SENATORS Anderson, Pascoe, Feeley, Lacy, Matsunaka, Phillips, <br />and Weddig, <br /> <br />REENGROSSED <br /> <br />A BILL FOR AN ACT <br /> <br />101 CONCERNING ENHANCED LAND USE PLANNING RELATIONSHIPS AMONG <br />102 LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, <br /> <br />Bill Summary <br /> <br />(Note: This summary applies to this bill as introduced and does <br />not necessarily reflect any amendments that may be subsequently <br />adopted.) <br /> <br />Establishes a program in the division of local government in the <br />department of local affairs under which local cornmunities in Colorado <br />will be designated as "Colorado heritage cornmunities".
