Based on water availability, the winter recommendation was further reduced to 3.0 cfs for <br />the time period of November 15th - February 14th. <br /> <br />Precipitation Data <br />Staff reviewed a local precipitation data set from 1 site located around the Smith Fork Gunnison <br />Drainage (see Precipitation Data in Appendix C). Table 3 shows the water year and the percent <br />of average precipitation recorded at each site.
