L~ lexrence. all representing the proposed <br />survey by the Bureau of Reolamation in the Dolores-Dove Creek area; J. Lieuranoe 'Who appeared to request a survey by <br />tne Bureau of ReolaI1l8.tion in .,the Plateau Valley in Western Colorado, E. <br />Paul Sorensen and A. D. Disoussion followed the <br />presentation of this protest whioh ocntinued until 5.15 p. m. when <br />reoess was taken until 10:00 p. Dl. Carr. <br /> <br />Thereupon Mr. Kenneth Chalmers of the Soil CCIIlservation Service <br />1Ill.S introduoed and made an elCtended statement with reference to -the <br />soil oonservation and water faoilities program commenced over a year <br />ago in the State of Colorado end raised certain question with <br />particular referenoe to the underground waters end their developnent. <br />A oopy of Mr~ Chalmers statement appears in the stenographic report <br />of the meeting. <br /> <br />
