The contract is for design and <br />construction of river rcstoration improvements in the 4 - 5 mile reach around the community of Capulin <br />(about 8 miles upstream of Highway 285), Design work is continuing at this time and work is still <br />underway to acquire allnccessary pem1its for the rock that will be used to build structures in the river <br />channel. <br /> <br />21 <br />
