1. A draft of the revised Scope of Services for Phase II of the
Cache la poudre Study has been completed. The revised Scope of
Services was written to repond to many of the comments we have
received from Advisory Committee members and from the public.
The Scope of Services consists of:

a. Task 12 - Evaluation of Selected Alternatives
b. Task 13 - Report Preparation
c. Economic Evaluation Procedures for Phase II

Copies of each are enclosed. We will meet with the consultant on
October 14 to finalize these items.

We ask that you call or write us with any comments or
questions you may have on the enclosed drafts between now and
October 14. I will be out of the office between October 5 and
October 12. If you have comments or questions, please call Fred
Daubert or David Walker or call me on the 13th or 14th of
October.

2. The next Advisory Committee meeting has been rescheduled from
October 20 to October 28. The time and place of the meeting will
be announced in an agenda to be mailed in the next week or two.

3. Enclosed is a memorandum from E. V. Richardson on suggestions
for Phase II of the study. We apologize for taking so long to
distribute the memo and we want to thank Dr. Richardson for his
comments.

4. Also enclosed are progress reports 8 and 9 from Tudor
Eng ineering.
