one interested should start getting their
applications in shape and start this winter
pressing them. A one million project is
not required. The Act, as I recall, was to
provide money for projects up to five million,
or up to ten million, and providing the
applicants would provide the difference.
Applicants may be required to put up as
much as 25~. The limitation on excess land
holdings over l60 acres would not be
