This analysis was prepared conforming to the Rational Method. <br />. Final design will be under the guide of the Urban Drainage Flood Control <br />District Manual, Volume 1. <br /> <br />Results: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. Section 1 - Beginning at manhole #1, ending at inlet #1 <br />o 100 year flow for section I - 12.67 efil <br />o Minimum pipe size for section I is 21" to take the 1 00 year flow rate <br />assuming constant grade <br />. Section 2 - Beginning at inlet #1, ending at inlet #2 <br />o 100 year flow for section 2 = 3.47 cfs <br />o 100 year flow forscctions 1 & 2 - 16.14 efil <br />o Minimum pipe size for section 2 is 24" to take the 100 year flow rate <br />assuming constant grade <br />. Section 3 - Beginning at inle! #2, ending at inlet #3 <br />o 100 year flow for section 3 = 3.10 cfs <br />o 100 year flow for scctions 1.3 - 19.24 efs <br />o Minimwn pipe size for section 3 is 24" to take the J 00 year flow rate <br />assuming constant grade <br />. Section 4 - Beginning at inlet #3, ending at existing storm inlet <br />o 100 year flow forscction 4 - 5.93 cf. <br />o 100 year flow forscctions 1-4 = 25.17 cfil <br />o Minimum pipe size for section 4 is 30" to take the tOO year flow rate <br />assuming constant grade <br />. Section 5 - Beginning at existing storm inlet.. ending at outfall into S. Plane <br />River <br />o 100 year flow for scction 5 - 6.00 cf. <br />o 100 year flow for sections 1-5 (total flow) - 31.17 efil <br />o Minimum pipe size for section S is 30" to take the 100 year flow rate <br />assuming constant grade <br /> <br />Results based on calculations made in the attached packet <br /> <br />. <br />
