This $490,000 project was the construction of approximately 13,000 linear feet of PVC <br />and RCP pipeline, with new headgate and appurtenances, replacing an existing open concrete <br />lined ditch in poor condition for the Hawkeye Lateral Ditch Company in Mesa County northeast <br />of Fruita. The Grand Junction Office of the Natural Resource Conservation Service prepared the <br />project design that was constructed by M. A, Concrete Construction, Inc. of Grand Junction, <br />Colorado commencing November 7, 1997.
