CRAWFORD: <br /> <br />"Dean Crawford, will you take up the <br />next item on the Agenda, No. 27" <br /> <br />"No. 2 on the Agenda is in connection <br />with a 'Preliminary Report, Integration <br />Policy for the Conservation and Develop- <br />ment of the Natural Resources of Colorado'. <br /> <br />Since we last met, Professor Garnsey <br />from the University of Colorado has been <br />working on such a survey covering the sev- <br />eral resource fields of the State, includ- <br />ing water resources. He has gone to the <br />various governmental organizations, such <br />as the U. S. G. S. and the Bureau of Re- <br />clamation and has been very successful <br />in securing assistance. He has come to I <br />the Water Board asking for aid anD on <br />behalf of the Board, I have offered to <br />take over the water resources surveys and <br />to do them with the assistance of the <br />Federal agencies. I felt that the Board <br />would be glad to render this cooperation. <br />At the present time we are up to our necks <br />
