It was to the effect that <br />water decrees, after 18 years of use and <br />recognition by water officials may not <br />be attacked on the grounds of lack of <br />jurisdiction of the Court entering the <br />decree.' <br /> <br />And Mr. Sparks asked that the amount <br />in line 4, page 4, be changed from ~lOO,OOO <br />to ;);1,000,000. <br /> <br />These corrections have been made and <br />are now a part of the copy of the minutes <br />in each of your folders." <br /> <br />MR.
