MR. CRAWFORD:

"The minutes for the last meeting
have been corrected in two places, namely:
Mr. Barnard, Jr. asked that on page 2,
beginning with line 5 through line II,
they read as follows:

'In the business of water legisla-
tion the members might be interested in
a bill passed and signed covering water
legislation. It was to the effect that
water decrees, after 18 years of use and
recognition by water officials may not
be attacked on the grounds of lack of
jurisdiction of the Court entering the
decree.'

And Mr. Sparks asked that the amount
in line 4, page 4, be changed from ~lOO,OOO
to ;);1,000,000.

These corrections have been made and
are now a part of the copy of the minutes
in each of your folders."

MR. PETERSON:

"I move the minutes be approved as
corrected."

MR. CRAWFORD:

"I second the motion."

MR. MOSES:

"It has been moved and seconded that
the minutes of the last meeting, as cor-
rected, be approved. All those in favor
say 'aye'; opposed, the same."

The motion was unanimously passed upon vote.
