I

:'TR. CRAWFORD:

HR. MOSES:

MR. lfJARSHALL:

MR. MOSES:

HR. PETERSON:

I

'/29

to see any more restrictions put on
them. I am glad that Dean Crawford
wrote to our Congressional Delegation."

"Mr. Gildersleeve and I were sub-
peonaed in the matter of a petition of
the Creation of the Blue River-South
Platte Conservancy District in the
District Court in Greeley last Thurs-
day where we testified with regard to
available water and Board action as
shown by our Minutes."

"On behalf of the Board, I want to
thank Mr. Stapleton for rearranging
that plane trip today. I would ask that
the Director write a letter to ~.lajor
Blackis, or his commanding officer,
General Moffitt, thanking them on
behalf or the Board."

"I want to say how much I appre-
ciate the opportunity of taking this
trip as Mr. Wunsch's proxy and to thank
the Board for allowing me to go."

"I am sure we were very happy to do
so Mr. :,Tarshall.

I promised a short meeting. Is
there anything else that anyone wants
to bring up?"

"As usual I have somethina I want to
say. I have brought this up before. The
people in our area are very disappointed
in that no development in connection with
the Upper Colorado River Storage Project
has been made lately.

We reel that Colorado should be along
the line rurther than it is. We have
heard about reports and studies. The Paonia
Project has been investigated again and
again. It might be possible, if all the
reports are in now on Paonia that with
some action, this project could be started
without further delay.
