Unfortunately, the meeting <br />coincides with a time that I have "jealously" saved to be on an extended personal vacation. <br /> <br />Nonetheless, from your December 21,1999 memorandum to the board members, I can say <br />that they will be fully briefed about matters that involve the Commission. The only addition I would <br />make in your report would be the inclusion of the December 23, 1999 estimates offuture depletions <br />in the upper division states which "tere adopted by the Commission at its December 15, 1999 <br />meeting. Copies are enclosed.
