Lowers the minimum age for irrigation district <br />electors to 18 years from the previous minimum age of 21 years. Repeals the provision that allows electors under <br />the "Water Conservancy Act" to be eligible to be a director and an elector for irrigation districts. <br /> <br />Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br /> <br />SECTION 10 37-42-106 (2), Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended to read: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />37-42-106.
