I notice that from the Colorado River area from which 98 percent or what I assume to be nearly 98 percent of the problems to be studieJwil1 come, is represented by two of the five members. I just don't feel that that is enough' on this committee from the Colorado River Basin. That is one of the objections I have to begin with. I think the thing is that the Colorado River basin, where the water problems arise and where the water problems will be discussed and studied, should have more representation than the two that are designated on there. We have people in that area who have studied this thing for a good many years- some for thirty or forty years - and I believe that the Colorado River drainage area should be represented by at least a majority of the five."
