X (Impact %) X (area in sq. ft.). <br /> <br />The Value means the dollar value for a one-time lump sum payment. The easement is <br />renewable in 25 years and the consideration for renewal will be the computed amount adjusted <br />for inflation. , <br /> <br />All requests and approvals by the CWCB will have a revocable clause. <br /> <br />Method III - SDecial Use Consideration <br /> <br />The Board may consider a special use easement in lieu of method I or method II <br />city, TevlfI, er CetIBty, on a case-by-case basis, for the easement request (if the usage will be an <br />overall benefit to the CWCB, general public, or to the environment). This type of <br />request will generally be for a special event, memorial, or other special use. The <br />minimum fee for this type of easement is five hundred (500) dollars; however, the <br />Board will have the discretion to increase the fee or waive the fee on <br />a case-by-case. The Board will consider the amount of land involved, <br />along with the type of activity involved, for determining an <br />appropriate fee for a special use easement request. <br /> <br />Flood Protection.
