Now is there any old business? Is there any new business?

I-a. Burr: Mr. Chairman, nobody mentioned the Holland and Hart report.

Mr. Stapleton: Yes, I will announce the report that Larry mentioned I
a little earlier. That can be purchased from - is it Ty Patterson's
office. the Governor's office, for a charge of $2.00. And as Clarence
said, it is very important. We all should be most familiar with it.

Mr. Berthelson: Will our budget accommodate a copy for the board
members or not?

~~. Sparks: I sent you one.

~a. Stapleton: Is there any new business? Now Larry, what I think we
ought to do is not set a definitive time for this next meeting, but
wait and see how your meeting with the ad hoc committee comes out,
how the legislture convenes and how soon you want us to get back, is
that a fair statement?

i~. Sparks: itr. Chairman, in view of both this statement for the
National v1ater Commission and the proposed legislation or constitutional
amendment, We had better be thinking in terms of about two weeks.
Could we set a tentative date?

la. Stapleton: About the 2nd of February or the 3rd?

IU'. Sparks: Hot., about the 5th or 6th? Honday or Tuesday. "Ie should
know pretty definitely then.

~tr. Stapleton: Let's make it then tentatively Monday, the 5th. We
will try to give you information as quickly as we can as to whether
that is realilltic, is that right'? All right, but we can't afford the
Brown Palace all the time.

~tr. Sparks: The stock show now going on caused us some space problems.
We hope to find a cheaper place next time.

~a. S'capleton: We t.,ill have to work that out. Is there any further
business to come before the board? If not, we will entertain a motion
that we adjourn.
