Construction activities <br /> <br />A. Good progress at Crystal Dam <br /> <br />1. Excavation completed for the keyways of the dam and the <br />powerplant area, June 1974. <br /> <br />2. Placed the first concrete of the 1975 season in the power- <br />plant on April 17, 1975. <br /> <br />a. About 59,000 cubic yards of concrete have been placed <br />in the dam by June 1975. The highest block is 50 <br />feet above the old streambed and 150 feet above the <br />foundation excavation with the remaining blocks <br />slightly less. The dam concrete placement is 30% <br />complete. <br /> <br />The powerplant concrete foundation work was 100% <br />complete by June 1975.
