Instream Flow Program -Informational Items - Status Report on "Evaluation of the <br />Standard and Methods Used for Quantifying Instream Flows in Colorado" <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 2663 - 2899 <br />Action: This was an informational item; no action taken. <br /> <br />9a. Executive Session - Background Briefings and Public Comment <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 2141 - 2498 <br />Action: Background Briefings were made by members of the Attorney General's <br />Office, and public comment was heard. A motion was made by Bob Burr <br />that the Board go into Executive Session to discuss the subjects listed in this <br />Agenda Item. The motion was seconded by Alan Hamel and approved <br />unanimously (9-0), and the Board went into Executive Session. <br /> <br />9b. Report From Executive Session <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 2502 - 2642 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Kuhn that acting upon the recommendation from <br />the Attorney General's Office, the Board authorize the CWCB Acting <br />Director or his designee to execute the agreement with the Forest Service in <br />regards to Agenda Item 9a., U.S. Forest Service Reserved Water Rights. The <br />motion was seconded by Alan Hamel and approved unanimously (8-0). <br /> <br />lOa. Instream Flow Program - Amendments to ISF Appropriations and Ratification of <br />Stipulation - Case No. 3-94CW062 - San Luis <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 2907 - 2980 <br />Action: Allen Davey recused himself from this item. A motion was made by Eric <br />Kuhn to accept the staff recommendation to ratify the stipulation. The motion <br />was seconded by David Smith and approved unanimously (8-0). <br /> <br />lla. Anticipated 1999 Legislation - Statewide Water Resource Planning <br />Tape 2 , Start/Stop: 2990 - 3376 <br />Action: This was an informational item; no action was taken. <br /> <br />lIb.
