The three control structures are designed to divert, capture, <br />control, and concentrate the flow of water in the Course between specific points to create <br />water features that will allow putting to beneficial use the minimum stream flows for three <br />distinct recreation experiences for different skill levels in and on the water. <br /> <br />3. Legal description of each control structure: <br /> <br />Bob Sr. is located in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Sec. 12, Township 5 S., R. 82 W., 6th <br />P.M., 2,550 feet east of west section line and 2,300 feet south of north section line <br />(1656708 N, 2711985 E CSP Central Zone). <br /> <br />Bob Jr. is located in the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Sec. 12, Township 5 S., R. 82 W., 6th <br />P.M., 2,600 feet west of east section line and 2,350 feet south of north section line <br />(1656680 N, 2712151 E CSP Central Zone). <br /> <br />Baby Bob is located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Sec. 12, Township 5 S., R. 8:2 W.. 6th <br />P.M., 2,450 feet west of east section line and 2,400 feet north of south section line <br />(1656598 N, 2712305 E CSP Central Zone). <br /> <br />The precise location of the structures mayor may not be somewhat differenUrom the <br />locations described above. Provided that the locations of all the structures remain within <br />the stream reach described above. any variation in structure location from the locations <br />described herein will be simply described in the decree entered herein or, if such decree is <br />entered before construction of any or all of the structures. in subsequent applications for <br />diligence or applications to make absolute the water rights claimed herein. <br /> <br />4.
