(See the attached letters). Thus, the Staff requests that this <br />Board appoint a hearing coordinator, instruct the hearing coordinator to set all appropriate <br />deadlines, and instruct the Staff to continue to work 1Nith the Applicant and the affected water users <br />to try to develop proposed decrees that satisfy the reguirements of Senate Bil1216 and the CWCB <br />rules promulgated thereunder. <br /> <br />Confirmation of Rule 7 and 8 <br />Regarding the applications by the Cities of Longmont and Pueblo, the Staff requests that the Board <br />confirm that the Staff should consider the type of information listed in Rules 7 and 8 when making <br />its recommendation to the Board. (See the attached rules). In this regard, the Staff has suggested <br />that the Applicants use Rules 7 and 8 of the Rl<:;D Rules as a checklist/outline of submissions to <br />, <br />this Board.
