PETERSON: It strikes me that possibly it would be wise for this Board to consider whether or not we are going to undertake a consid- eration of what our position would be in ,respect to these proposed bills. The feel- ing has been expressed in this meeting that by adopting this resolution we are giving tacit approval to some particular legisla- tion which, of course, would not be proper. It seems to me that if we adopt the amendment included in Paragraph 10, we make one specific recommendation in regard to any underground water bill. If we are go- ing to consider any portion of this under- ground water bill, or any underground water bill, we should consider it all and my personal feeling is that we should.
