MR. DANIELSON: Mr. Chairman, I have just some gene al

comments about minimum stream flows. Maybe you'd rather

MR. DANIELSON: Just a couple of comments. I've

had three water boards indicate that they would like to see

allocation by township, section, range -- the standards used

for all other water rights. I don't see that in most cases

this would be a particular problem for the staff and maybe

someone would want to address that.

But it sure makes it easier for people to identify where

these are, what region, and it's impossible for me to

tabulate these decrees as required by statute without that ki d
