MERRIMAN: We had a conversation with Mr. Bob <br /> <br />Fischer of the Denver Water Department and it's in regard to <br /> <br />their existing facilities that they have on the South Platte, <br />basically Antero, Elevenmile and Cheesman Reservoirs. <br /> <br /> <br />They would like this language added to protect their <br /> <br /> <br />existing exchanges that they have basically done historically <br /> <br /> <br />and we have reviewed the language that they submitted with ou <br /> <br /> <br />staff personnel and with personnel at the Attorney General's <br /> <br /> <br />office and have made some minor changes and recommend that th <br /> <br />Board to be included in the fi ling for the South Platte. <br /> MR. McDONALD: Are there any questions from Board <br />members about the proposed stipulation? <br /> MR. JACKSON: You have no problem with it? <br /> MR. McDONALD: We have not. We've been through it <br /> <br />with the Attorney General's. It's standard for the Board to <br /> <br />submit the stipulations with respect to exchanges. It <br /> <br />represents nothing new in the way of policy. David? <br /> <br />MR. ROBBINS: This applies only to the single <br />South Platte preliminary? <br />MR. McDONALD: Yeah.
