And also <br /> <br />I'd like to mention that the stream flow recommendations on <br /> <br />Lone Pine Creek were done at the request of a Mr. Ray <br /> <br />Wittemyer, Moses, Wittemyer, Harrison & Woodruff, representin <br /> <br />one of their clients. <br />They requested these streams be looked at and a <br /> <br />minimum stream flow appropriation be made. <br /> <br />MR. These are all routine and <br /> <br />standard with the two exceptions. Why don't we take up the <br /> <br /> <br />matter of the proposed stipulation language in the decree <br /> <br /> <br />that would pertain to the South Platte River from the <br /> <br /> <br />confluence of the middle and south forks to the Elevenmile <br />Canyon Reservoir. <br />
