Got

seven and a half million dollars and a bunch of other stuff

and it will affect the water rights on the reservoir. It

will affect every other 404 Permit for sure and it could go

farther than that. That's what's worrying our district.

MR. JACKSON: I'm sure it is. Is this water

development --
MR. SAYRE: And that's what this Board is charged

with, is utilization of the State waters and development and

we think this Board is a proper

MR. JACKSON: Tell me their position in arguing

about water rights. What water rights are they claiming
senior to yours so they can --
MR. SAYRE: They're not claiming any water rights.
