CHAIRMAN KROEGER: Are you suggesting a year's term

or two-year term?

MR. FETCHER: I would think so. Make it on a

yearly basis. I think that makes sense.

MR. JACKSON: I'd amend my motion.

MR. VANDEMOER: I second.

CHAIRMAN KROEGER: All in favor, aye. Opposed, no.

That puts us down to Item 2A which is Riverside versus

Stipo.

And, John, if you thought that you were going to

have to wait until afternoon, you're really cooking with

gas today, aren't you? It was in the Attorney General's

report, right?
MR. McDONALD: That's what we intended.

MR. JACKSON: Do we have anything in the back?
MR. McDONALD: There should be some things in the
file. I'm searching to find them. I think the things that's
either in your folder or we mailed it last week, I'm not

sure which, is the letter dated June 25, 1980, addressed to

the members of the Board to the attention of myself, signed

by Earl Phipps, secretary-manager.
