Water Supply Protection Planning and Finance - Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base <br />Account - New Loans - Colorado Water Protective and Development Association - Purchase <br />of Water Rights <br />Tape 2: Start/Stop: 1098 - 1430 <br />Action: A motion was made by Harold Miskel to accept the staff recommendation to <br />approve a loan from the Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base Account to the <br />Colorado Water Protective and Development Association in the amount of <br />$205,000 for 30 years at an interest rate of 5.33%, to refinance the purchase of <br />87.35 shares in the Bessemer Irrigating Ditch Company, and including all other <br />recommendations made in the staff memo to the Board dated January 19,2001. <br />The motion was seconded by Bob Burr and approved unanimously. (10-0) <br /> <br />lId. Water Supply Protection Planning and Finance - Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base <br />Account - New Loans - Kenosha Trout Club - Purchase of Augmentation Water <br />Tape 2: Start/Stop: 1441 -1908 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Wilkinson to accept the revised staff recommendation <br />for a loan in the amount of $551,250 to the Kenosha Trout Club for up to 75% of <br />the cost to purchase water rights for augmentation and for engineering and <br />construction costs associated with rehabilitation of the Lininger Lake Dam. The <br />loan will be for a term of 30 years at 5.5% interest. The original recommended loan <br />amount was $600,000 and the change is a reduction in the loan amount, <br />recommended specifically to remove some of the costs associated with moving the <br />water rights to Water Court. The motion was seconded by Eric Kuhn and approved <br />(9 -1). <br /> <br />l2a. Water Supply Planning and Finance - Policy Review - Policy #14 - Approval and <br />Prioritization of Non-reimbur sable State Investments Using the Construction Fund <br />Tape 2: Start/Stop: 2248 - 2824 <br />Action: Tbree changes were suggested in the wording of the recommendation for <br />grammatical reasons. A motion was made by Harold Miskel to accept Policy # 14 <br />as presented with the wording amendments that were discussed. The motion was <br />seconded by Eric Kuhn and approved unanimously. (10-0) <br /> <br />13. Water Supply Planning and Finance - Non-Reimbursable Investment Recommendations <br />13a. CWCB/Division of Water Resources - Satellite Monitoring System <br />13b.
