Water Supply Planning and Finance - CWCB Construction Fund - New Loans - DNR <br />Division of Colorado Parks and Outdoor Recreation - Jackson Lake Dam Rehabilitation <br />Tape 2: Start/Stop: 3052 - 4503 <br />Action: A motion was made by Greg Walcher to accept the staff recommendation for a <br />Construction Fund loan of up to $1,7000,000 to the Colorado Division of Parks <br />and Recreation for 30 years without interest to be used for the rehabilitation of <br />Jackson Lake Dam as described in the staff memo and including the conditions <br />listed in the memo. The motion was seconded by Eric Wilkinson and approved <br />unanimously (l0-0). <br /> <br />lOb. Water Supply Planning and Finance - CWCB Construction Fund - New Loans - Tunnel <br />Water Company - Laramie/Poudre Tunnel Rehabilitation <br />Tape 2: Start/Stop: 0112 - 0356 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Wilkinson To accept the staff recommendation to <br />recommend a loan not to exceed $2,080,000 to the Tunnel Water Company for 30 <br />years, at the recommended blended interest rate of 4.3%, and including all of the <br />other recommendations listed in the board memo. The motion was seconded by <br />David Smith and approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />lOco Water Supply Planning and Finance - CWCB Construction Fund - New Loans - Town of <br />Ouray - Skyrocket Creek Deflection Structure Project <br />Tape 2: Start/Stop: 4103 - 4300 <br />Action: A motion was made by Don Schwindt to accept the staff recommendation that the <br />Board retain the existing Town of Ouray-Skyrocket Creek Deflection Project <br />Authorization. The motion was seconded by David Smith and approved <br />unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />lla. Water Supply Protection Planning and Finance - Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base <br />Account - New Loans - Town of Monument - Monument Dam Rehabilitation <br />Tape 2: Start/Stop: 0525 -1048 <br />Action: A motion was made by Harold Miskel to accept the staff recommendation to <br />approve a loan from the Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base Account to the <br />Town of Monument, acting through its water enterprise fund, in an amount up to <br />$2,081,000 for 30 years at an interest rate of 5.5%, to rehabilitate Monument Lake <br />Dam, and including all other recommendations made in the staff memo to the <br />Board dated January 16, 2001. The motion was seconded by Patricia Wells and <br />approved unanimously accepted. (9-0) <br /> <br />lib.
