This item will be completed by both the <br />Government and the sponsor. It will include all tasks performed by the Executive Committee <br />during the course of the feasibility study and all coordination efforts by the study managers <br />and their supervisors with higher authorities and the usual local and govermnental chains of <br />command. All tasks completed in this effort, including phone conversations, preparation of <br />letters, maintaining documentation, etc., will be accomplished under this cost item. The split <br />in costs for this line item will be based on the percentage of in-kind services performed by the <br />sponsor. Thus, the sponsor will get credit for the same percentage of this item as the total <br />percentage of in-kind services completed by the sponsor when compared to the total <br />feasibility costs. <br /> <br />SECTION B, PAGE 23 <br />
