M. and was called to
order by Mr. Stapleton, vice-Chairman.

MR. STAPLETON:

"Gentlemen, we'll call this regularly
scheduled meeting of the Colorado Water Con-
servation Board to order. I am sure you will all
be pleased to know that Governor-Senator
Johnson is leaving the hospital this morning
and is evidently well on his way to recovery.
I am sure this is gratifying to all of us
working with water problems in the state.

. MC CANDLESS:

"Mr. Chairman."

MR. STAPLETON:

"Yes, sir."

MR. MC CANDLESS:

"We have all read the minutes. I move
that they stand approved as submitted."

MR. STAPLETON:

"Is there a second to that motion?"

NIL KROEGER:

"I'll second."

MR. STAPLETON:

"It has been regularly moved and seconded
that the minutes as submitted be approved.
All those in favor will signify by saying
'aye'; opposed - so ordered.

The second item on the agenda is the
report of the federal agencies. Mr. Greer,
will you be reporting on Region 7?"

I

I
