Mf. McDonald reported that the Senate and House <br /> <br /> <br />sub-committees will be considering projects in March 24 and 25 <br /> <br /> <br />hearings. He asked for instructions as th the Board's interest <br /> <br />in his participation. The consensus was that it would be appro- <br /> <br />priate for Mr. McDonald to represent the Board and support the <br /> <br />proposed 81 items described by service representatives. Mr. Kroeger <br /> <br />moved that the Director instructed to appear on behalf of Colorado <br /> <br />projects as proposed in the President's budget in an addition re- <br /> <br /> <br />quest that 2.79 million dollars by authorized for a new start on <br /> <br /> <br />the Animas-La Plata project.
