Those include 54 appropriations <br /> <br />in the Gunnison draingge..Principally on Tomeche Creek, Fast River, <br /> <br />Slate River, Ohio Creek and Lake Fork. There are 13 appropriations <br /> <br />recommended in the Eagle River, B on the upper Crystal. Also there <br /> <br />are 18 natural lake level appropriations recommended in the upper <br /> <br />Crystal drainage. He summarized the notification and review pro- <br /> <br />cess that the appropriations has received through staff activity. <br />~ <br />There were no adverse commends and~taff recommends for approval. <br /> <br />Mr. Jackson moved approval. Mr. McDonald seconded. In the dis- <br /> <br />cuss ion, Mr. Gormley inquired about the recommendations for <br /> <br />minimum streamflows which appear to exceed the recorded minimum. <br /> <br />Mr. Helton's response was that the recommended appropriat~on is <br /> <br />more than the absolute minimum but is not more than the average <br /> <br />and reflects generally the winter flows which are often the most <br /> <br />critical.
