<br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed said <br />revised information and data and does hereby recommend to the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board that the Board designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas inundated by a 100-year <br />flood (intermediate regional flood) as described by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and profiles in said new report, and further <br />recommends that the floodplain designation for Bear Creek, as <br />approved by the resolution adopted January 18, 1973, be rescinded; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 17th day of March, 1980, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being inun- <br />dated by a 100-year flood as described by the floodwater surface <br />elevations and profiles in said new report for Bear Creek and does <br />hereby rescind the resolution dated January 18, 1973; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board <br />is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />City and county of Denver, the City of Sheridan, the City of <br />Lakewood, The Board of county Commissioners of Jefferson County, <br />the urban Drainage and Flood Control District, the United States <br />Army Corps of Engineers; and the Federal Insurance Administration. <br /> <br />C E R T ~.
