Sheep Draw, Eaton Draw, the Tri-Area Drainageway, and the Tri-Area
Drainageway Overflow Channel: and designate and apprOve as storm
or floodwater runoff channels or basins those areas as delineated
by Zone A in said report.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water
Conservation BOard in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado,
this 17th day of March, 1980, that it does hereby rescind Reaches
1 and 2 of Resolution Number 82, adopted NOvember 15, 1977: does
hereby designate and approve as floodplain areas those areas inun-
dated by a 100-year flood as described by the floodwater surface
elevations and profiles in the flood insurance report for Reaches
1 and 2 for the south Platte River, the U. S. Highway 34 Levee
Overflow channel, Sheep Draw, Eaton Draw, the Tri-Area Drainageway,
and the Tri-Area Drainageway Overflow Channel: and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby
designate and approve as storm or floodwater runoff channels or
basins those areas as delineated by Zone A in the flood insurance
report contingent upon the understanding that Weld county will
regulate the storm and floodwater runoff channels (Zone A) on a
case-by-case basis subject to a detailed hydrologic and hydraulic
analysis by a professional engineer: and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the BOard
is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the
Board of county Commissioners or Weld County, the Town of Eaton,
and the Federal Insurance Administration.
