<br />APPENDIX B <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br />FOR <br />JOHN R. FETCHER <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John R. Fetcher was appointed a member of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board by Governor John D. Vanderhoof <br />on May 21, 1974, to represent the Yampa-White drainage basin; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John R. Fetcher has served on the Board in an <br />exemplary manner for nine years, being elected and serving as <br />Vice-Chairman and Chairman, in 1982 and 1983, respectively; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John R. Fetcher, during his membership on the <br />Board, has demonstrated foresight and leadership in the planning <br />and development of water resources in the Yampa-White drainage <br />basin and throughout the entire state, being very instrumental <br />in the planning and construction of the Yamcolo Reservoir; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />tative on the <br />to 1981; and <br /> <br />John R. Fetcher served as the Board's represen- <br />Colorado Water Quality Control Commission from 1973 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, throughout his residency in Steamboat Springs, John <br />R. Fetcher has been active in many community activities, serving <br />as President of the Steamboat Springs Ski Area from 1962 to 1980; <br />as Manager of the Mt. Werner Water and Sanitation District from <br />1966 to date; and presently as Secretary-Director of the Upper <br />Yampa Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board hereby acknowledges John R. Fetcher's <br />contributions to the Board and the State of Colordo and expresses <br />its deep gratitude and warm appreciation for his years of <br />leadership and service in the cause of developing Colorado's <br />water resources. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director and <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board is hereby <br />transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to <br />Fetcher as a token of the Board's esteem for <br />colleague. <br /> <br />Secretary of <br />directed to <br />Mr. John R. <br />its former <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a unanimous vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 3rd day of November, 1983, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br />J.
