STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"Gentlemen, we will call the meeting to <br />order. If any of you in the audience wish to <br />speak, please go to that rostrum and we will <br />hand you the microphone which happens to be <br />on that side of the table. It will facilitate <br />the recording of the meeting. <br /> <br />I think the first order of business will <br />be the consideration of the minutes of the <br />meeting of the Board held on March 11th at <br />Fort Collins, copy of which has heretofore <br />been submitted to all the members of the <br />Board. I will entertain a motion that the <br />minutes be approved." <br /> <br />"I so move." <br /> <br />"Second the motion." <br /> <br />"It has been moved by Mr. Miller and <br />seconded by Mr. Burr that the minutes of <br />the meeting of the Board on March 11, 1959, <br />be approved as submitted. All those in <br />favor will please signify by saying 'aye'; <br />opposed - the minutes are approved. <br /> <br />Gentlemen, I think we - I had delayed <br />this meeting for a few minutes hoping that <br />Mr. Sparks and the Governor would be over. <br />I think Mr. Sparks is probably momentarily <br />delayed and I don't want to delay this meet- <br />ing any longer than this. <br /> <br />I would think it appropriate as we have <br />a delegation that I think Bill Eakes - are <br />you the spokesman for your group?" <br /> <br />"Yes sir." <br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />"Then I think inasmuch as you have talked <br />
