The problems along the subject stream reach . <br />have gained much attention over the past couple of years, and the interested stakeholders now <br />include the following: Corps of Engineers, Natural Resources Conservation Service, CWCB, <br />Division of Wildlife, Colorado Department of Transportation, Routt County, Upper Yampa <br />Conservancy District, and Lower Elk River Flood Association. Several or all of the interested <br />entities may jointly fund the project.
