Staffmust <br />request funding and approval after each event has occurred which results in missed <br />opportunities and marginal successes. <br /> <br />Presellt FUlldillf!: <br /> <br />Funds are available only to the extent of accessible funds in other CWCB accounts and <br />pro grams. <br /> <br />ProDosed A ctiolls: <br /> <br />Place a private contractor on stand-by contract with final instructions and approval at the <br />discretion of the CWCB Director. <br /> <br />Pl'oDosed FUlldillf!: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Establish an annual account within the CWCB's five percent (5%) of the construction <br />fund dedicated to flood projects.
