Rather, you should delegate the <br />responsibility for making such a declaration to the Director if such a declaration is warranted prior to the <br />next Board meeting in September. At that time staff will either ask you to issue a formal declaration or report <br />to you about our actions in an interim report or in the Director's Report. <br />
