At the November 17, 2004 CWCB Board <br />meeting the following stream segments were considered for recommendations for new <br />appropriations within SWCD: <br /> <br />Division 4 <br />Comet Creek <br />San Miguel River (enlargement) <br />Bear Creek (enlargement) <br />Cottonwood Creek <br />Horsefly Creek <br /> <br />Division 7 <br />Deer Park Creek <br />Maggie Gulch <br />Minnie Gulch <br />. Yellow Jacket Canyon Creek (to be removed from consideration) <br /> <br />After discussion among SWCD Board members with CWCB staff, SWCD has the following <br />concerns with the recommendations. <br /> <br />SWCD . supports the removal of Yellow Jacket Canyon Creek from the list of <br />recommendations in 2005. SWCD understands that the CWCB Board and staff will be <br />considering modifications to the instream flow appropriation program to address the <br />
