Mr. Doherty:

On behalf of Colorado State Parks (Parks), I am writing to endorse and support the
recommendation for instream flow filings at Crawford State Park (Muddy Creek) and
Paonia State Park (Muddy Creek and Williams Creek). These filings are helpful in
maintaining the natural environment that Colorado State Parks' visitors appreciate and
expect.

. The recommendations generated by your office and the Colorado Division of Wildlife
are consistent with our goals and objectives at both state parks. Therefore, no further
consultation is necessary, and Parks fully supports the efforts of the CWCB in
obtaining said rights.
